(For Sovfhub Platform)
1. Foundational Commitment
The Sovfren Ecclesia Trust recognises privacy as an aspect of personal dignity, conscience, and spiritual autonomy.
All information entrusted to the Trust through Sovfhub is received in a spirit of stewardship, not ownership.
The Trust does not regard Member information as a commodity, asset for exploitation, or instrument for commercial surveillance.
2. Nature of Information Collected
The Platform may collect and maintain:

Membership registration details;

Contact information voluntarily provided;

Covenant records;
-
Communications transmitted through the Platform;

Technical data necessary for system functionality and security.
Only information reasonably necessary for the functioning of the Platform shall be collected.
3. Purpose of Use
Information is used solely for:

Administration of Membership;

Maintenance of internal records;

Operation of the Platform;
-
Security and fraud prevention;

Communication within the Trust community.
Information shall not be sold, leased, or transferred to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
4. Confidentiality Within the Trust
Information shared within Sovfhub is treated as private within the Trust community.
Trustees and authorised administrators shall:

Handle Member information in good faith;

Avoid unnecessary disclosure;

Restrict access to those with administrative responsibility.
Members are likewise responsible for respecting the privacy of other Members.
5. Limited Disclosure
The Trust may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

Prevent harm or unlawful conduct;

Investigate fraud or serious misconduct;

Comply with lawful obligations binding upon the Trust or its appointed agents;

Protect the integrity and security of the Platform.
Such disclosure shall be limited to what is reasonably required.
6. Data Security
The Trust shall take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard data against:

Misuse or alteration.
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Members acknowledge that use of online systems carries inherent risk.
7. Member Access & Corrections
Members may request correction of inaccurate personal information held by the Trust.
Requests shall be addressed in good faith and within reasonable time.
8. Retention
Information shall be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for:

Protection of its records;

Compliance with applicable lawful requirements;

Preservation of historical and ecclesiastical records where appropriate.
9. International Character
As an International Private Express Ecclesiastical Trust, the Trust may utilise service providers or agents in multiple jurisdictions for technical hosting and payment processing.
Where such agents are appointed, the Trust requires that they maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.
10. Covenant of Respect
Privacy within Sovfhub is not merely technical — it is covenantal.
Members agree to:
