1. Status of the Platform

Sovfhub.com (“the Platform”) operates as a private digital platform administered in service of the Sovfren Ecclesia Trust, an International Private Express Ecclesiastical Trust (“the Trust”).

The Platform exists to facilitate communication, fellowship, education, and voluntary private interaction between Covenant Members of the Trust.

The Platform is not a public corporation, public authority, or statutory body.

Access is by private covenant only.

2. Membership Requirement

Use of Sovfhub is restricted to individuals who:

  • Have voluntarily accepted the Covenant of Membership;

  • Have been admitted as Covenant Members by or under authority of the Trustees;

  • Agree to abide by the Trust Deed, internal rules, and Trustee Resolutions.

Membership does not create shareholder rights, ownership claims, voting control over Trust Property, or proprietary entitlement to specific assets.

Membership is covenantal and participatory in nature.

3. Authority of Trustees

The Trustees of the Sovfren Ecclesia Trust retain final authority regarding:

  • Admission, suspension, or removal of Members;

  • Interpretation of Trust purposes;

  • Governance of the Platform;

  • Establishment of internal rules;

  • Protection of the peace, honour, and integrity of the Trust community.

Trustee determinations are binding within the Trust structure.

The Platform operates under delegated authority of the Trustees.

4. Nature of Platform Services

Sovfhub provides tools for:

  • Member communication;

  • Educational and spiritual content;

  • Fellowship and community interaction;

  • Voluntary private arrangements between Members;

  • Internal record-keeping and declaration registry functions where authorised.

The Platform does not guarantee outcomes, income, performance, or benefit arising from interactions between Members.

All private arrangements entered into between Members are made at their own discretion and responsibility.

The Trust does not act as guarantor, insurer, or enforcement authority for Member-to-Member agreements unless expressly resolved by the Trustees.

5. Private Exchange & Internal Ledger

Where the Platform provides internal credit or ledger functionality:

  • Such credits represent internal record entries only;

  • They do not constitute legal tender;

  • They do not represent bank deposits;

  • They do not create beneficial entitlement to Trust Property;

  • They are valid solely within the Platform environment.

Internal transfers are final once confirmed.

The Trustees reserve authority to suspend or reverse ledger entries where fraud, dishonour, or misuse is reasonably determined.

6. Financial Administration

The Trust may:

  • Maintain bank accounts in its own name;

  • Appoint agents or incorporated entities to administer payments;

  • Authorise payment processors to act on its behalf;

  • Establish internal subscription or contribution systems.

Any contributions made to the Trust are voluntary unless expressly structured as service fees for Platform functionality.

Nothing herein creates a debtor-creditor relationship between Members and the Trust except where expressly stated.

7. Conduct & Honour

Members agree to:

  • Act in peace, honour, and good faith;

  • Refrain from harassment, coercion, or fraudulent conduct;

  • Respect confidentiality of private communications;

  • Avoid conduct bringing harm to the Trust or its Members.

The Trustees may restrict or terminate access where conduct is deemed dishonourable or disruptive to the Trust’s purposes.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

Content submitted to the Platform remains the responsibility of the submitting Member.

By submitting content, Members grant the Trust a non-exclusive licence to display, archive, and distribute such content within the Platform.

The Trustees may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with the Trust’s purposes.

9. Privacy

Information shared within Sovfhub is considered private within the Trust community.

The Trust may maintain records, registers, and internal documentation consistent with its purposes.

Information may be disclosed where necessary to:

  • Prevent harm;

  • Investigate misconduct;

  • Comply with lawful obligations where required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent consistent with applicable private law principles:

  • The Trust shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform;

  • The Trust is not liable for Member-to-Member arrangements;

  • Platform access is provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing herein excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by the Trustees.

11. Internal Dispute Resolution

Members agree that disputes arising within the Trust community shall first be submitted to:

  1. Internal Trustee review;

  2. Private dialogue or mediation facilitated by the Trust.

The objective of dispute resolution is restoration of peace and honour.

12. International Ecclesiastical Character

Sovfhub operates as a private instrument of the Sovfren Ecclesia Trust.

The Trust may:

  • Operate internationally;

  • Appoint agents in multiple jurisdictions;

  • Establish affiliated bodies;

  • Incorporate companies where necessary for administrative purposes.

The Platform does not constitute a public offering of services to the general public.

13. Amendments

The Trustees may amend these Terms by Resolution.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
